GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
Meet Voyager s.r.l., with registered office at Via Tripoli, 30 – 14049 Nizza Monferrato (AT), in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereby provides the following information regarding the METHODS OF COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
– The data provided are collected for the following purposes:
– Establishment and performance of contracts or other commercial and fiscal relationships (e.g. quotations/offers, purchase orders, deliveries, payments, complaints, etc.);
– Operational, administrative, and accounting management related to the activity covered by the contract/commercial relationship;
– Management of tax obligations and legal requirements related to the contract/commercial relationship.
Personal data are processed using IT, electronic, and/or paper-based tools.
PERSONS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
– The processing of the personal data provided is carried out, under the authority of the Data Controller, by expressly appointed, authorised, and adequately instructed persons.
PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
– The provision of data is mandatory for the conclusion and execution of the contract or other commercial relationships. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to establish the relationship and/or to fulfil the related obligations.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
– The data may be communicated to external parties acting as independent data controllers, such as supervisory and control authorities, and more generally to public or private entities legally entitled to request such data.
– The data may also be processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by external parties appointed as Data Processors, who carry out specific activities for the Controller, such as accounting, tax and insurance compliance, correspondence dispatch, collection and payment management, etc.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
– Where no specific legal obligations apply, or in the absence of a deletion request by the data subject, personal data will be retained for a period determined on the basis of the purposes outlined above, the need for the proper conduct of business activities, or specific statutory obligations.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
– Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 grant data subjects specific rights, including: the right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, notification obligation, data portability, objection, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
